Fair enough. And its not like management have no ambitions in this area. A MUCH MUCH higher grade of product is in the works ie 35% lithium.
It will be produced after significant research, testing, chemical engineering and refinement of processes. But ultimately the energy input to do the calcination will be free from the sun. All the other aspects do require plenty of capex. But the original idea seems to have survived and we look forward to further announcements of progress in this area. Rome wasnt built in a day. Someone asked yesterday 'how will the market receive the new product?' in terms of enthusiasm. ... . .Ha ! what a stupid question ! The answer to it could have been summarised as >"Well the lithia salt product HAS A LOT OF LITHIUM IN IT !" - so do you want it ?
