(In an accident situation?)
2. Where will all the electricity come from to power EVs ?
3. What percentage of adverse climate change results from non-controllable variations in nature ?
4. What percentage of adverse climate change results from controllable variations in nature?
5. What percentage of adverse climate change results from lack of human intervention?
6. What is the optimum per capita expenditure needed to control climate change?
(Assuming such control is possible?)
7. What is the minimum per capita expenditure needed for climate control :-
a. To ensure maximum reduction of harm to endangered humans?
b. To ensure minimum reduction of harm to endangered humans?
c. To ensure a mid-level reduction between a. and b.
8. Who has the solutions, time frames, and costs?
If no-one can provide current answers, why not and what should be done about it?
