I look forward to the day that I drive down the A1, stop for lunch while the EV is charging, 45 minutes later I'm away. I don't see how that is an issue. I do the same driving an ICE vehicle now.
Besides all that. It's happening and nothing you or I think is going to change the fact that ICE transport is and will be phased out. ICE vehicles will be a relic that a few diehards collect and show off on Sundays at the local vintage car meet and you will need to apply for a pollution permit to take it on the road.
Fact is our generation will die out and the young folk don't want antiquated ICE vehicles. I don't want an ICE vehicle. I have no choice at the moment.
