I would like to add something regarding the planned dividend. It might be a bit disappointing at the first glance that only 20 - 30% of the net cash will be provided to the shareholders. But actually it makes a lot of sense, because since the company will start paying taxes only after February, the profit to be made in the remaining months of FY22/23 (after tax!) will be around the proposed 20 - 30% of the net cash. So only this share of the profit will be eligible for franked dividends. Therefore getting a higher dividend means that we would have to pay a serious percentage for taxes.
But even without this fact, I am convinced that it still would be more beneficial for shareholders to invest the remaining cash. We have a very proficient management and I believe that they are more than capable enough to add high value to this special Company which will elevate the SP up to levels most of us can't imagine right now.
