Option selling at expiry date – In this strategy, traders sell multiple options near strike prices in an attempt to collect as much premium as they can. They sell out of the money options in the belief that these will expire worthlessly, earning them profit from the premiums.
this is manipulation before the options expiry day to make options worthless, it could happen in some sector than other depend on the position they have in options call or short .
SQM the market was long so they squeeze the long and they will make call options expiry for nothing so they will sell the share down .
