I would suggest that 34 cents may not be on offer the first time (IMO), with 3B shares on issue that would mean a reduction in the current $1.5B in the bank to $0.5B...all this is simply based on what there is today and not taking into account what can/will happen in 7 or so months.
This management team know what they are doing so please do not ruminate on small dividends -focus on share price increases as the goal and accept dividends as simply a blessing.
