seems like a desperate move to implement control over the market and push their tentacles further afield... our long-term rates need to be revised to reflect prevailing conditions... sure let's have the discussion.
all I see here is the Machine doing what it does best and trying to send ripples of shock through the market in an attempt to remind the world of their influence. they're no different to these BS GS CS analysts... heck I wouldn't be surprised if they were all in bed together
