All these investment banks are sharks except Macquarie
They hire the best and most intelligent people from Uni with a high EQ and lock them into share schemes that means they never want to leave
Awesome business model and certainly the millionaires club and good on them - they invest in categories such as energy that are the future and work that sector very hard
They don’t bullshit with communication and are generally honest and ethical
They will make more in Energy than all the other investment bankers put together
