Maybe it's early days yet but surely battery swapping should be revisited. We already do it for gas bbq.

I suppose an issue is whether i would feel comfortable swapping my brand new $20000 batteries for some cheap junk - however if I dont buy the original batteries but rent them from the battery swap company I wouldn't have to worry.
Alternatively not all the batteries need to be swapped - say just a small module adequate for 50k to get me out of trouble.
