Ok.

You think they are vastly superior?

With the exception of them being SLIGHTLY greener after a period of ownership (which is only slowly becoming apparent I can admit, as I'm able to change my opinion when presented with new facts). And I'll still say that it's less carbon intensive to keep an existing car on the road (ICE or EV) than to purchase a brand new EV, although that will change when E Fuels become more widespread and affordable.

With that one exception, please tell me how else an EV is superior to an ICE.

Cheaper? Nope.
Better range? Nup.
Easier to live with? For a lot of people, not even close.
Commercial application (utes, towing, transport). Certainly not.

Happy for you to come up with any other metric.

Not to mention there is an irrational emotional attachment to many ICE powered cars, that I'm not immune to if I'm honest.
There's something about an E Type Jaguar, 356 Porsche, or unreliable old Ferrari that no EV will ever have, or be able to replace. And being in love with these cars, and in fact wanting to preserve them and enjoy them does not make someone stupid in any way.
How could you even think that?

I can assure you no one will ever look back on that bulbously hideous Model 3 with the same nostalgia.
