It is incumbent on Fastmarkets to report what has been said - and they included a few caveats (don't shoot the messenger). That said, reading between the lines it just sounded like China jawboning the sector coz they're a little pissed at the high price they have to pay. And jawboning is only ever a temporary indulgence before lockjaw sets in.
