Although huge, that 174 Billion is only part of it. There is over 300 Billion that directly supports or benefits EVs in some way then another 1/2 Trillion which goes towards advanced manufacturing and other industries that will help indirectly. The timeframes are a little unclear but the sheer amount of money being spread around is mindboggling. If the whole house of cards that is fiat currency holds together then we have to be in for some very good times. Of course assuming that a fair bit of that cash ends up in consumers hands then plenty will spend it as well so I expect a fair proportion to go towards EVs and home batteries.
