The rebalance happened after close. $1bil of FUM for global passive funds is actually tiny.
My point was that the recent sell down is likely due to it falling out of the small cap universe. This happens in the weeks leading up to it's exclusion.
A 1% move aftermarket is not significant in the grand scheme of things.
