As this was an after market trade Peter there is the bigger picture than day to day trading. someone did mention that this is done in this manner to ensure that it does not impact the trading price.
I wish that it did happen during trading hours as we would be sitting on $10.00 a share now and who is to say that we wont be heading for that figure come tomorrow.
