Provide a source that it was for America.
Do you know what ESG means? Environmental, Social, Governance (corporate).
- Environmental = producing with minimum impact to the environment, specifically focusing on low embodied energy.
- Social = providing jobs locally.
On that basis alone, TSLA would be looking to source materials locally to comply with ESG credentials, and get back into the ESG index.
