Look it's even worse because as from the 1st Dec you had State Street becoming a substantial holder of PLS
State Street makes its money taking positions in companies and then loaning its shares out to shorters and collecting hansome commissions along the way.
Here are some of the parasites they lend to, oh, and have a look at shortman on PLS over the last month...It's a vertical line the same as CXO
CXO has State Street as a substantial holder also,So here is just some of States Streets clients they loan out to....
...Our very.... own Macquarie bank
Gold burn Sachs
Morgan Stanley
Van Eke Etf funds
The Regents of the University of California
SSGA index fund
Oregan State treasury
LOs Angeles County Employees Retirement Association
Kaiser Permanent Group
Trus Internationa
lBusiness Machines Corporation
Calstrs
Aware Super P/L
Northern Trust Company
JP Morgan
BNP Paribas
The Bank Of New York
Northern Trust Company
Tiaa Creff
Ssga Spdr index share funds........etc.....etc....etc..
The Wall Street parasites that State Street lend out to are going out of their way to damage Australian Lithium companies as much as they can, and the some of the tools that they are using are High Frequency trading, algorithmic computer trading, the spreading of misinformation and disinformation throughout the media and on social media platforms such as HC and they are doing it because they can, and they know that our regulator will always look the other way.
Shorting is not illegal but creating artificial prices is ...........
."Section 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits market manipulation. The Act defines market manipulation as conduct which has, or is likely to have, the effect of creating or maintaining an “artificial price” for trading in various financial products, including shares and futures
.The fundamentals of PLS are excellent .They are shorting and criminally manipulation the SP because they "can" and as I said before, the regulator looks the other way.
It is my personnel opinion that big oil is behind all of this even though they know that their time is limited, so in effect it's their last-ditch effort to do maximum damage on their way out.
PLS is an amazing company.
Hang in there people.
