They may want to start now with a small investment in that field and gradually increase it as recycling becomes more prevalent.
That is what I have done but I expect my children and grand children will be the beneficiaries of this strategy.
Traditional miners of these metals should also be thinking in this way, as it will effect them in the same way too.
