Not good if x is $1.10 or more.
However, very OK if x is much smaller than $1.11?
Remember!! a profit on shares only becomes reality when the share is sold for a profit,
as a former holder of a very similar share that at one time was worth 5 times what I purchased it at,
which is now worth ZERO!! and suspended from trade, please be aware that what is valuable today, may not be so, tomorrow.
So" running for the trenches" as you so crudely put it, could be a smart way to abort losses and make one a winner in this very precarious sharemarket game.

The choice is entirely personal and only you can say what level of risk or gain, compels you to take a profit or hold on, hoping for further gain.
