So things were going along pretty well for PLS, I mean It was bloody terrific.
Then our worst nightmare occurred.......State Street Corporation took a large position on our registry and then began loaning out shares to a lot of organizations, to be shorted.as they have done with CXO and AKE and SYA and many other ASX companies
Nothing was wrong with the fundamentals of our company, in fact the fundamentals were as good as you can get, but that has no meaning to Wall Street, as They don't give a stuff who they damage just as long as they make money in the process.
You see that's how SS make money by collecting commissions on the shares they loan to be shorted.
The tools these Wall parasites then use are, the spreading of misinformation and disinformation. Algorithmic trading, High Frequency trading and allegedly co-location of computers within the ASX
Now shorting is not illegal you might say, and I would say that is correct but "maintaining an artificial share price by manipulation" is, and that is what they are engaged in...........
Ref Corporations act Sect 1041a
Section 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits conduct which has, or is likely to have, the effect of creating or maintaining an artificial price for trading in various financial products, including shares and futures.
So let's list the shorting parasites that are destroying the value in PLS's SP
Firstly, the Australians, that you would think would be supporting you, and we have.......
1. The National Australia Bank (allegedly)
2 The Macquarie Bank (allegedly)
3 Securites Australia Group (allegedly)
4 UBS Securities Australia (allegedly)
Now our American friends (parasites)
The Societe General Group (allegedly)
Goldman Sachs (allegedly)
Jp Morgan Chase Group (allegedly)
The ING groups (allegedly)
The Jefferies Group (allegedly)
Citi group (allegedly)
I know CXO had a list of over 20 American and Canadian Parasites on their list.
All we can do is repeatedly publish what they are doing because the one thing they hate is being called out and put under the public spotlight.
Call them out, every day, and if you deal with these companies you might like to reconsider your arrangements. I have.
