Imagine a large investment firm or joint operation, working to drive PLS SP down while acting silently on behalf of a potential take over partner. Once the averaged price is more palatable, an offer can be made against the lower SP.
Don’t tell me that has never happened.

f another product that PLS has a crap load of, is about to produce a hell of a lot more, and is selling for a premium.
