Incorrect, they are renegotiated annually, including the price mechanisms, which the later is reviewed quarterly based on a number of reference points. Yes, and allowing for a 3 month lag, if spot spod, carbonate and hydroxide prices keep falling, contract prices will meet/converge with spot, pushing down contract prices in the subsequent quarter.
