You said, contract prices get renegotiated each quarter. No, they are negotiated annually, 4th quarter of each year, along with prices mechanisms. So, my understanding is the price mechanisms dictate the price for the 12 month term, based on the the reference data points in the mechanism, which movements of those date points are reviewed (not negotiated) each quarter. While we do not know the exact contract details (not disclosed), but we do know they are linked to carbonate, hydroxide and as Q4 2021, spod spot prices.
