Very wise decision.
How can you trust any of the AJM directors that having no clues on business /financial management, not only they destroyed the shareholders value of AJM to zero, they also done enormous damage to spod. market selling products at record volumes with negative margin for long time, essentially using shareholder money to benefit the Chinese battery makers.
IMO, they should be stripped of the right to hold any executive position in any public companies.
