They are a customer I look after in my work life , and your view externally "lazy" although crude is BANG ON they are quite diversified but they are the quintessential Government department than you know shit loads of your tax $$ get wasted on , commercialisation to them would be akin to having a sex change ?! As for forecasts until they start talking in terms of BATTERY GRADE specific statistics I like you will be pessimistic, until your talking BG there is a lot of GREY IMHO ! Warmest Regards TT
