LTR bounce could be due to the fact Director, Timothy Goyder, purchased a further 1000000 shares. If you look at the CapEx for LTR the increase is largely due to their attempts to fast track production and bring their product to market sooner.
The big unanswered question is whether or not a CR will be needed. Director buy shares on market helps settle that. Big indication that extra capital will be sourced elsewhere. Possible JV or offtake being announced soon.
