I show "none" where i have no sentiment but I don't consider disclosing my sentiment (be it none/buy/sell) to be financial "advice" whereas from your posts above you seem to be of the opinion that it is "advice"
I am merely pointing out that if HC & their lawyers don't have a problem with members disclosing their sentiment (& they wouldn't make it part of their T&C's if their was any chance of it being "advice") then neither do i (& neither should anyone else)
If you are worried about it, go spend a fortune & get your own legal advice or don't post
