The EU is desperate, clogged in bureaucracy. The though of high EV adoption rates in the EU created a demand pull for critical minerals over the past few years, but to date nil or no meaningful refining capacity, and certainly not any lithium mining capacity. Now we see a larger demand pull from their incoming legislation, what will they do for the next 7 or so years, assuming they accelerate mine permitting tomorrow,
