I am not sure of the ASX rules, so this suggestion may not
apply as a way an individual investor can make it harder for
the BEOT to do their thing.
In some market, if you put a sell order in on your shares, irrespective
of how outlandish the price is, the institution holding your shares cannot
lend them out to be shorted, so long as that sell order remains open.
The only other way to beat these guys is by fundamental analysis and monitoring.
This board is one heck of a quality monitoring mechanism.
I am not sure of the ASX rules, so this suggestion may notapply...
