I'm also curious because I do recall way back when CATL came in as a major investor they were also being offered a board position and probably most investors have forgotten about that. I've asked via the web site months ago raised a question because I am a bit concerned about the influence CATL might have on future development plans particularly the POSCO joint venture. They said legal issues have delayed the appointment, however CATL will eventually be taking up the offer, but it appears so far nothing eventuated?
I'm also curious because I do recall way back when CATL came in...
