I’ve read the email from Gavin a few times and must admit I’m a bit troubled.
Gavin could have put everyone at ease by saying something like;
We are aware of the rumours (and they are false)
PLS did not (schedule) a BMX auction.
PLS will release an announcement (confirming there was no BMX auction scheduled and no bids were received or considered)
It’s just too brief and can still be read with the rumour being accurate. That is - there was an auction planned but due to bids being low, no auction was held. PLS will update the market prior to opening, Monday morning.
Is it just me? I want the rumour to be proven false and
