Just something to keep in mind: To wit, a few weeks ago I posted that Toyota had replaced it's CEO - principally because Mr Toyoda had failed to recognize the growing importance of EV's and had instead concentrated his efforts on hydrogen. What followed was a flush of articles by Toyota via their new CEO announcing that Toyota was now going to concentrate on developing BEV's in earnest. That and Japan, having already spent $800 Billion on their national hydrogen dream, was abandoning that push and was now concentrating on battery tech instead (all the above sourced from Bloomberg).
So, not only have we now got an entire country known for its tech expertise changing its stance from hydrogen to batteries, but also one of the worlds largest car manufacturers changing tac to BEV's. Those two major turnabouts will result in additional high demand for batteries/lithium going forward. And said extra demand is not to be underestimated as we enter 2024, given it will take that long for the effects to be felt.

AGAIN, AND TO REITERATE, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AN ENTIRE COUNTRY AND ONE OF THE LARGEST LEGACY CAR MANUFACTURERS IN THE WORLD - think about it wink.png
