Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but the only time I have heard about a divi before the EOY was when an analyst asked Dale why PLS doesn't prepay tax so they can pay an earlier interim dividend. Dale's response was along the lines of, they are looking at many options.
I would not be surprised if a dividend was not announced until the EOY.
