And the covid hands out. It's a huge stimulus that is long lasting. I wouldn't try to say Lithia price high for ever. It's never be true with any commodity in this planet. It would be crazy to say that and no Jie có experts say that. It goes through cycle, with the economy with supply and demand. To say we all head for the cliff like it sounds with the interest rate as a reason, it's never been true as well. We'll meet somewhere in between when they have to stop and lower it. The US can't solve its inflation yet because of the excessive stimulus and the shild against it with 30 year fixed interest rate that many of us never heard of. With 4% different in fixed and variable, it's a huge saving in its own.
