I'm pretty sure alot of those lipidolite refiners are unprofitable at current lithium price. We'll wait and see. Also the discount that lipidolite miners will have to put up with will be huge looking at how they mine that stuff they would need to sell it in the black market no OEM from the west would go near that stuff.
