This is old news and was already reported in August/September 2022.
An example:
"26 Sept 2022 — China will extend the exemption of purchase taxes on new-energy vehicles (NEVs) for another year until the end of 2023 to support the ..."
Worth to be about US$1400 per vehicle. Nothing new, but it is always healthy to be optimistic. I wouldn't mind 5+.
