Anyone that took on debt to buy a property based on RBA 2024 comments is just a whinge, in that who buys a property using 80% debt for 3 years. Most investors understand its a minimum of 15 years gig and for owner occupied is more likely a 30 year gig. You won't hear from the whingers once interest rates start to fall....
