A minoriity shareholdiing in the hands of a trustee for the people with legislated voting rights given to the Chairman by proxy
would ensure a benign and bullish source of additional capital as and when needed.
The very "Government support for the industry" many have been seeking from Canberra with 100% benefit to PLS
No scary consequences whatsoever, if done the right way.
