Based on that, one might consider a class action lawsuit against State Street and the ASX for failure to act in a failure of duty of care to shareholders. In a repeat of history Genghis would unite the tribes of the lithium stocks being manipulated by State Street and take them to task. And yes, said lithium stockholders may not win, but a legal case of this nature, combined with the media attention it would garner in the business world would see government action; perhaps even a Royal Commision into the ASX - keeping in mind that our current government is pro lithium.
I can see the headline on Bloomberg now: "Australian Lithium Stockholders Mount Coordinated Legal Action Against the ASX and State Street."
