The markets are definitely being manipulated - as they will always be while we don't regulate them. What Australia is missing is a stock market regulator that is hard on stock price manipulation. There are a lot of white collar criminals that should do a few years jail time, and I absolutely mean that (having spent a career in the finance industry).
