After todays action so far, it’s obvious the market still doesn’t understand the true value of PLS. It’s not rocket science but there you go, NFI.
At $4, PLS MC is approx’ $12B.
In 18 months (approx’ when LTR have ramped to nameplate), PLS more than likely will have banked another $3B bringing the cash level to $6B minus any further investments or dividends. Take that off the MC and they are basically valuing PLS at not much more than LTR, for a much larger resource, a de-risked operation and downstream participation locked in.
Again, I repeat, the market has NFI.
