Yeah, realise they got 2.2%, but in the old days they would gone around to all the fund managers and scooped up 20-30% of the company last night, that is hostile. These scheme arrangements are too drawn out these days, if you want it, put you money in the market and you will quickly find out if the offer is high enough.
