If we can afford subs we can afford high speed rail.

Mineral resource taxes would recover the cost easily.

Wake up Australia ... PLS and others need onshore vision to produce and ship more billions.
Compare Canada's explorer and producer tax incentives to ours.

Back to Canada where Government vision works for people.
PLS has the vision but where is the support?
