to me that is BS - everyone has a price

when you start a business, you have an entry, you build the business, enjoy profits and at some point you have to exit the business

As us accountants say - have an exit plan

similarly with LTR - everyone has a plan - you cannot just hold this forever, at some stage you must think of exiting. Price, emotions, family matters determine your exit strategy

imagine if you were holding Z1P forever - where would you stand? Or LKE. The point I am making is that when you are winning everyone wants more, but at every stage you need to think about exiting - question is what price

in my view AFR is pretty good - unlike some of the other outfits - read the articles and make out if it’s BS or not


let me add, without that bid on LTR, where do you think the SP would have been, given the additional costs in developing and potentially doing a CR
