Kind of humorous to think that demand is drying up - when PLS has announced a (near) doubling in production capacity, whereas they have to try and ship more tonnages through the rarely used PH1 to get their product to market in conjunction with the preferred PH2.
In addition to PLS needing a bigger boat - they seemingly also require a bigger port.
