There will be no buyback. There is no reason to initiate one. There is plenty of M&A potential if PLS feel the need to tap into cash. 20-30% dividend is strategic so that the remaining funds can go to M&A, downstream, expansion etc.
I don't see many long term holders complain about manipulation of price. They are confident in their investment horizon.
