Dazed and confused with too much coke clogging their brain up enough to not know WTF they are talking about , or maybe just an each way bet for whatever market the reader interprets it to relate to. It amazes me that their comments have such an effect on sentiment trading as dividends, bank balances, downstream growth and productivity tell it as it is as fact.
