Considering LTR was offered 5.5 billion and they have not even started production, though have plans of 500k tonnes p.a with a 23 year mine life, I would argue that PLS looked very cheap at 3.50 a share with a MC of a little over 10 billion at the time. PLS have a 26 yr mine life, 1 million tonnes p.a, contracts to go downstream, over 2 billion in the bank, are already milking it with current lithium prices. I know who I would rather being throwing a take-over offer at. Not saying it is going to happen but it does make PLS and even AKE look cheap given what LTR has been offered by Albermarle.
