Tesla had initial quality control issues with panels etc a couple of years ago. Tesla is still the number 1 seller of EVs in US by a long way. Tesla firmware updates are almost weekly, they have more experience in EVs than any other manufacturer. Other manufacturers such as Mercedes are producing quality in terms of luxury and finish. Not sure if i would rate Hyundai as quality. People buy Hyundai because they can't afford anything else. Genesis, the 'luxury' end of Hyundai does not sell well and have poor resale value.
