Opportunistic bid while the SP is still at crazy low prices is possible imo and I doubt there will ever be another time in the next 5 years they get a chance like this to try and steal a behemoth of the future. Albemarle and MIN might conjure up a more realistic bid at about $9 ps now that they know they have erred with the low ball LTR bids and need to get real when shopping for quality.
