We all know why the supercycle is here to stay for some time, incremental new supply will be story, meanwhile many many governments legislate the death of new ICEV's sales.

Judging by posts over the previous years, consensus is that Oz EV adoption doesn't move the needle from a demand perspective. I've been thinking about that over the past few days, and I have come to the conclusion, that Oz wont move the needle in the passenger car segments, but we are a large country, a mining juganaught and export a lot of food to ROW, so I believe once you factor the transition of all our trucks, road trains, mining haulers and equipment, that might be the equivalent to say 5 mill passenger EV sales per year from a kwh consumption perspective. In about 10 years or so, the mines and the farms will likely deploy hybrid energy generation systems which would include ESS batteries.

Therefore, Oz needs to go downstream and produce batteries specific for the above applications.
